Philosophy

Real estate is all about cultivating relationships and connecting people to achieve great results. I thrive on finding solutions to rise above any challenge encountered along the way, for my clients and our sales team. The key is asking the right questions, listening carefully and understanding what is truly important. When listing your home, I strive to learn as much as possible about the property, your needs and goals. I genuinely enjoy the creative process of crafting a lifestyle marketing plan to attract the ideal buyer. I also have an 'Energy Smart' designation and appreciate the importance of efficient home design. I've had first-hand experience in collaborating with an architect, builder and subcontractors for the construction of a personal residence—translating technical features into lifestyle benefits is my specialty!

Experience & Education 

My real estate career was inspired by my family, which has owned an independent agency in the north end of Manchester NH for decades. My husband Shawn and I purchased our first home, a Tate & Foss listing, in Rye NH in 2003. When the time came to launch my career in 2005, I joined Tate & Foss! I have been a consistent Top Producer and, as Sales Manager, also lead a team of experienced sales associates. My 25+ years of business experience includes marketing, advertising, client services, project management, training and executive development for companies including Putnam Investments, Tidewatch Market Research and MicroArts Creative Agency. I have a Master's degree in Business Administration (Northeastern University) and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (University of New Hampshire). A lifelong learner, I also hold a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management and am a recent Ninja Installation Graduate!

Community & Personality 
I love the Seacoast Lifestyle and am committed to improving quality of life here by supporting local organizations that promote health, wellness, culture, history, conservation and wildlife. I live in Rye NH and am a Southern NH native. I enjoy walking along the sandy beaches and wooded trails of our beautiful town with my Labrador Retriever 'Beau.' In the summer, you'll often find us at Wentworth Marina in New Castle NH. My favorite activities include yoga, hiking and backpacking in NH's White Mountains, skiing in Utah and Colorado, traveling and spending quality time with family and friends. I recently became a 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher to hone my personal practice and help others...I am a board member with Yoga in Action, and enjoy sharing my love of wellness through volunteering in my community!
